Refund Policy:

We do not issue refunds, however, we offer a one-time, free of charge, reschedule.
Course Credit Reschedule must take place within 90 days of initial registration (or payment is all-together forfeited).

A $20 rescheduling fee applies to students who reschedule more than once.

Insufficient Enrollment:

Citywide CPR & AED Services reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. In that unlikely event, we will make every attempt to contact you. Enrollees in these courses will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
