The Philips FRx is the Second AED device offered by Philips and is intended for more robust use such as transporting regularly, and indoor and outdoor use. This device has a unique feature in that it does not use separate Pediatric Electrode Pads but a conversion Key that is available that converts the power internally and through standard “Adult” pads for Pediatric use. An ideal long term cost savings if pediatric applications are necessary.
