Physician’s prescription and Medical Direction Oversight for each device:

our staff physicians are licensed to prescribe nationally, and will provide the overall medical guidance for your AED program. Most states have established legal requirements mandating a medical director to oversee AED programs; notification of local EMS of the AED unit, and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. As you will see below, our system will ensure compliance with all such legal requirements.

Complete post-event support

In the event that your device is used in a medical emergency, you simply contact us via the online access tool, and we will handle everything for you. We send you a loaner device within 24 hours of event notification to ensure that your location and employees are always completely covered. Then, we will collect your device, download all event information, and complete maintenance on the device to ensure that it is ready to return to service. Our medical director will also provide you with a complete event report, including a complete inspection history of the device.

Full program implementation:

In addition to providing all the necessary equipment, our staff will prepare and provide AED response protocols for your devices and notify appropriate EMS agencies of the specific equipment deployed in each location.

Monitoring training and renewal requirements:

we will record all responder certification renewal dates for your staff in our web-tracking system. As with your equipment, you will receive notification of expirations.

Monthly documented inspections:

In accordance with manufacturer recommendations, AEDs should be visually
inspected monthly to ensure the devices are ready to use. You will receive an email each month as a reminder to
complete the quick visual inspection. Simply answering a few quick questions records the monthly inspections in
our web tracking system, building a proven maintenance inspection history for your unit.

Ongoing equipment monitoring and maintenance:

We record all critical equipment information, including AED serial numbers and the expiration dates of electrode pads and batteries, in our web tracking system. As these expiration dates come due, you will receive notification of the impending expirations along with information on how to contact our office for current pricing on replacement items, ensuring your devices remain current and ready to use.

Immediate access to program information:

You will have complete access to any information related to the device and can review information from the web module at any time. Common information includes; monthly inspection histories and status/alerts for all equipment and trained responders, and information on who logged/changed information into the system

Customizable System:

The online system allows you the ability to set/adjust reminder dates, change passwords,
and run informational reports. 2 levels of access allows for Local Admin to access for each location and a Global
admin access that can access and oversee information for all locations listed.
