AED PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Consistency and complete program management are critical to the success of any AED program. Citywide CPR offers a turnkey management solution that takes care of everything for you, eliminating headaches so that you do not have to worry about your AED program and ensuring that your AED is ready in the event of a medical emergency. In addition to providing all the necessary equipment, our staff will prepare and provide AED response protocols for your devices and notify appropriate EMS agencies of the specific equipment deployed in each location.
Monitoring training and renewal requirements:
we will record all responder certification renewal dates for your staff in our web-tracking system. As with your equipment, you will receive notification of expirations.
Monthly documented inspections:
In accordance with manufacturer recommendations, AEDs should be visually
inspected monthly to ensure the devices are ready to use. You will receive an email each month as a reminder to
complete the quick visual inspection. Simply answering a few quick questions records the monthly inspections in
our web tracking system, building a proven maintenance inspection history for your unit.
Ongoing equipment monitoring and maintenance:
We record all critical equipment information, including AED serial numbers and the expiration dates of electrode pads and batteries, in our web tracking system. As these expiration dates come due, you will receive notification of the impending expirations along with information on how to contact our office for current pricing on replacement items, ensuring your devices remain current and ready to use.
Immediate access to program information:
You will have complete access to any information related to the device and can review information from the web module at any time. Common information includes; monthly inspection histories and status/alerts for all equipment and trained responders, and information on who logged/changed information into the system
Customizable System:
The online system allows you the ability to set/adjust reminder dates, change passwords,
and run informational reports. 2 levels of access allows for Local Admin to access for each location and a Global
admin access that can access and oversee information for all locations listed.
