Rescheduling Fee$10.00

The $10.00 fee covers one rescheduling request for the same order, even if you are rescheduling more than one course from that order. For example, if your order includes BLS + ACLS + PALS and you need to reschedule all three, you will pay one $10.00 rescheduling fee — not $30.00.

Please note: this fee covers one rescheduling request only. If you need to change your appointment again after we have rescheduled it, you will need to submit a new Reschedule My Appointment form and pay another $10.00 rescheduling fee.
