They gave thorough directions in the emails and lots of demonstration videos which were very helpful.The only time I had to call the helpline was when I was first registering for the class and Rick was very nice and informative.Doing the skills portion on the laptop was very straightforward, they also offered demonstration videos and you get a second chance if you mess up the first time. Overall easy experience!”

“I was in a bind to get the skills portion completed quickly. I had already completed the online portion and just needed a skills check off. I had trouble finding an in person training eothout having to go all the way through the class again and wasting more time repeating something I had already done. I was able to get in and get out in about 20-30 minutes. The facility was very clean and nice. Plus, it was at the old Ranger’s stadium so it was cool just walking through there again. I would definitely use CityWide again if I was in the same situation.”
