Learn BLS, ACLS, PALS & Heartsaver on Your Schedule in Boston
Citywide CPR offers American Heart Association Self-Guided Learning in Boston, Massachusetts for BLS, ACLS and PALS, along with Heartsaver CPR AED and Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED training. Healthcare professionals can complete the applicable cognitive learning online independently before attending a self-guided skills session at a CPR Verification Station™ learning center, while Heartsaver training provides CPR, AED and first aid options for individuals outside the healthcare setting. At our Boston location, learners complete required hands-on skills practice and testing using American Heart Association-approved equipment that provides real-time feedback. This flexible training model gives healthcare professionals, students and other learners another way to complete BLS, ACLS, PALS and Heartsaver training around work, school and other responsibilities.
What Is American Heart Association Self-Guided Learning?
Self-Guided Learning is an American Heart Association training format that allows learners to complete cognitive learning independently before completing the required hands-on skills practice and testing using approved equipment with real-time feedback. For BLS, ACLS and PALS, applicable self-paced online learning is followed by a Self-Guided Skills Session at a CPR Verification Station™ learning center. Citywide CPR in Boston also offers Heartsaver CPR AED and Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Self-Guided training for learners who need CPR, AED and first aid certification outside the healthcare-provider pathway.
