I completed my skills session for PALS through Citywide CPR. I found it easy to sign up and was sent clear instructions on how to access the building and get set up once I arrived. I was provided contact info to text/call if I had any questions. I showed up early for my allotted check off time and reached out to the number to see if I could head in early. I was given a prompt response, and they were also very friendly. The check off process was clear and easy to follow. I had amazing experience and would recommend Citywide CPR to others who need to get their PALS or other certifications.
