First time doing this without ever seeing a human face to face, but it all went smoothly. They gave thorough directions in the emails and lots of demonstration videos which were very helpful.
The only time I had to call the helpline was when I was first registering for the class and Rick was very nice and informative.
Doing the skills portion on the laptop was very straightforward, they also offered demonstration videos and you get a second chance if you mess up the first time. Overall easy experience!
