Yes. You will receive an official American Heart Association Provider eCard upon completion.

The hands-on skills session typically takes about 30 minutes.

Your official American Heart Association Provider eCard is issued the same day after you complete your skills session.

Select Online & Skills if you are starting from scratch or have not yet completed the AHA online course. Select Skills Only if you have already completed the AHA online course and only need the hands-on skills session.

For a full 2-year American Heart Association certification, both the online cognitive course and hands-on skills session are required. The AHA HeartCode course is adaptive to your experience level and adjusts based on your knowledge and experience.
