Low Enrollment and/or Emergency Cancellation  Citywide CPR reserves the right to cancel classes at anytime, due to low enrollment and/or any unforeseen events, such as an emergency that’s due to severe weather, instructor illness/injury, family emergencies etc… In those unlikely events, we will make every attempt to contact you. Participants in these courses will receive priority enrollment in the next available class, and be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellation  If you have registered and paid for a public training class with Citywide CPR, Citywide CPR reserves a seat for you. This guarantees that you have a reserved seat in the class and that you will receive your certification card once you complete the course in accordance with our eCard policy. If you must cancel your registration for any reason please contact us via email, info@citywidecpr.com with your request and explanation. Cancellations requested more than 72 hours prior to a scheduled class may receive a refund, less a $5.00 administrative fee.  Online courses, keycodes and URLs assigned to a student are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferrable.  Please note we will not issue refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled class or for missed classes. In these cases, you forfeit your payment, or may pay the $20.00 rescheduling fee to attend a scheduled class on a different date. Citywide CPR will accommodate you and help you get into the next CPR training class available.

No-Show  If a registered student does not show up to their scheduled class and has not rescheduled, they are considered a no-show and forfeit the complete paid registration fee. No-show students may reschedule for a different date, and will be responsible for the $20.00 rescheduling fee. Special exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to emergencies and other circumstances.

Failures Students must be prepared for their course.  If a manual or pre-course work are required, it is the student’s responsibility to review the study material available.  The instructor will provide an opportunity during the class for remediation, however, if a registered student is unable to successfully pass the written or practical portion of the class and he or she wishes to retake the class, they will be required to register again and pay full price. Citywide CPR does not issue refunds for students who fail a class.

Rescheduling  If you registered and paid for a class, but can’t make that particular date or time, you may reschedule.  Requests must be made in writing, emailed to info@citywidecpr.com, for our documentation purposes.  Please note – if you reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled class, or after a missed class, a $20.00 rescheduling fee applies.  Please complete this rescheduling form to submit your request and pay the rescheduling fee.

Attendance  It is strongly encouraged that attendees be onsite at least 5 minutes before the listed start time for the class. CPR training begins the moment the instructor begins his/her lesson.  Students are expected to arrive on time and be present for the entire class to receive a certification. Students arriving more than 10 (ten) minutes late for a traditional class may be denied entry altogether. Students arriving more than 5 (five) minutes late for a skills check will be denied entry into the session, and will have to reschedule their skills check session. A $20 rescheduling fee applies, *See Rescheduling for details.  Please note  If a student chooses not to reschedule their skills check, then their registration fee will be forfeited altogether, meaning the student will not receive a refund. Students also cannot bring non-registered attendees to their class (e.g., friends, family, children, co-workers, etc,)

Transfer Registration  At any time before a class begins a registered student may transfer their registration for a class or skills session to any other person at no additional charge.  That intent, however, must be communicated to Citywide CPR in advance of the class. Online courses, keycodes and URLs assigned to a student are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferrable.  Online courses, keycodes and URLs assigned to a student are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferrable.

Individuals with qualifying physical or mental disabilities will not be denied participation in the goods, services, facilities, advantages or accommodations offered to the public. As a place of public accommodation, we will not discriminate against any patrons, clients, invitees or guests on the basis of real or perceived qualifying disabilities. Specifically:

-We will allow participants in every course to participate within the limits of their ability and learn as much as they can. For some people, certification may not be important. For those individuals, focus on helping them to learn as much as possible.
-If there is a need for accommodation, Citywide CPR will be happy to discuss any specific situation with the person in need to help accommodate them in anyway possible in accordance with the ADA requirements.
-We will certify each participant who can meet course skill and knowledge testing objectives.
-We will use available resources to assist people with special needs.
